Our grand Sheridan WYO Rodeo Parade is the most marvelous hometown parade in America!

The parade begins at 10 a.m. on Brooks St. at Dow, then it moves south on Brooks St., turns east on Works, then back north on Gould St. Every year we establish a theme and all participants build their floats around it. Creativity abounds — this is a must see event in Sheridan, Wyoming!

Hundreds stake out their favorite viewing spot the night before, just remember to wait until the stores close before setting out your chairs.

Locals and visitors alike know that the fun begins even earlier than the 10 a.m. Main Street Parade! Arrive downtown to enjoy the Pancake Breakfast on Grinnell Plaza, run — or watch the Sneakers and Spurs Fun Run, cheer on the Beds Along the Big Horns Bed Race competitors and then finish it all up with our grand WYO Rodeo Parade. Once it’s over, make your way over to the Sheridan Inn for the annual POW WOW. You don’t want to miss this!
