In consideration for the undersigned being allowed to be on the premises of the Sheridan County, WY Fairgrounds, to participate in the STOCK STARS TOUR and related activities, and to observe rodeo horses, bulls and livestock, and rodeo activities at close distance, in and near the livestock pens, the undersigned agrees as follows: I acknowledge and I understand that rodeo horses and livestock, by their nature are inherently dangerous which can cause serious injury and/or death, due to the independent and unpredictable behaviors of horses, cattle, and the activities of other persons, regardless of training and preparation of the animals. I understand that there are dangers or conditions which are an integral part of horses and livestock which include, among other things, the large size of the animals, and the propensity of certain animals to buck, jump, kick, bite and behave in ways that may result in injury, harm or death to persons on or about them; and the unpredictability of an animal’s reaction to such things as sounds, sudden movement, and other animals, persons, objects and things. I understand that, even with the strict observance of instructions and safety rules, injury to myself and my property is still possible. I assume all risks and responsibility for the safety of myself and my property, as well as the safety of any persons who accompany me. I UNCONDITIONALLY RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS, and AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, Sheridan WYO Rodeo, Inc., Sheridan County, Sheridan County Fairgrounds Association, Sankey Pro Rodeo, and Phenom Genetics, and their members, directors, officers, agents, employees, commissioners, sponsors, related parties, affiliates, spectators, volunteers and other persons (individually and collectively referred to as "Releasees") from all claims of legal liability of any kind, for bodily injury or death sustained by me, or damage to my property, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, due to the intentional or negligent conduct of Releasees, the actions of other persons, the actions of livestock and hazards on the premises. I am voluntarily on the premises, and voluntarily participate in the activities on the premises. I acknowledge that my participation in any activity is not a service of a special or highly necessary nature for which Releasees owe a special duty to me or the public. I understand that the terms of this Release are contractual; that I have signed this Release as my own free act; and that this Release shall be binding on me, my Representatives, any personal representatives, heirs, successors and assigns. I agree that if any part of this Release is found not to be legally binding on me, all other parts of this Release shall be binding on me, and continue in full force and effect. I am of lawful age and legally competent to sign this Release. I have fully informed myself of the contents of this assumption of risk and release of liability. I understand that it is a release of all claims and that I am giving up certain legal rights. I have signed this release voluntarily. If I am signing for a minor, I am a parent or legal guardian of the minor.
