July 9-12, 2025 Welcome to the Gold Buckle Club and the Sheridan WYO Rodeo! Please read through this information carefully to make this your best experience in the GBC Hospitality Room located in the Exhibit Hall at the Sheridan County Fairgrounds.

 

Parking: GBC Parking is available at the south entrance to the Sheridan County Fairgrounds on Victoria Street. Please display your parking pass from your rearview mirror. GBC parking opens at 4:00 PM each day.

 

Check-in: Doors open at 5:00 PM. Enter the Exhibit Hall from the south door. Please present yourselves to the check-in table according to your buckle number. Here you will receive wristbands and you can pay for those attending with you. (If you bring guests, please be present at the check-in table with them.) The GBC accepts cash or personal checks for payment, but not credit/debit cards.

 

Dinner: Dinner will be served in the GBC Hospitality Room from 5:00-8:00 PM each night. Seating is available inside the Exhibit Hall and outside on the East side of the building.

 

Snacks: Light snacks will be served in the GBC Hospitality Room after the rodeo.

 

GBC Rodeo Tickets: GBC Rodeo tickets are not included with your membership. If you have purchased GBC Grandstand tickets, please proceed to the north end of the Exhibit Hall and have your tickets scanned and your hand stamped. This will make for a smoother transition to the grandstand. There will be no standing on the elevated bridge over the track during the Indian Relay Races, so please allow yourself time to get to the stands before the races begin. Member’s

 

Children: Wednesday night is Family Night. Members may bring their own children (age 20 and under) at no charge on Family Night only. Children are welcome and encouraged to return to the GBC Hospitality Room with their parents for dancing and snacks following the rodeo until last call. Thursday through Saturday evenings your children are welcome in the GBC Hospitality Room for dinner and for 15 minutes after the rodeo ends. Each child 0-5 years will be free, children 6-12 years will be $10.00, and children 13-20 will be $20.00 each evening. (If you bring your children who are over 21, they will be considered one of your guests…please see the Guest Policy below.)

 

Guest Policy: Each member is allowed to host 2 adult guests each night. On Wednesday and Thursday nights the cost is $125.00/guest and on Friday and Saturday nights it is $150.00/guest. (On Family Night only, if your guests have children under 21, they may attend with their parents for the children’s fees mentioned above.)

 

New Member Sharing Process (this replaces the old method of emailing, texting or calling to transfer your membership privileges): GBC Members who do not plan to attend the GBC Hospitality Room may transfer their privileges to 2 other people to enjoy. A $50 fee will be charged at check-in for each person. This year included with your Fun Facts letter and parking pass will be 4 Transfer Cards, one for each night, for you to fill out and give to the people using your privileges for that evening. Please have them present these cards at check-in and they will be admitted under your membership.

GBC Bar and Grandstand Bar Policy: There is a 2 drink per person per trip limit to any bar inside or outside of the GBC Hospitality Room and at the bar in the GBC Grandstand. Only people wearing GBC wristbands will be served. There will not be beverages for sale at the GBC Grandstand bar for people without wristbands. Members or guests may not pass drinks to anyone without a wristband or anyone underage.
