The members of the Posse are a single designated sponsor of the Sheridan WYO Rodeo, thus directly supporting the largest event held in Sheridan. The Posse is one of the Official Sponsors of the WYO Rodeo, which draws thousands of people from around the world to America’s hometown rodeo week. The Sheridan WYO Rodeo strives to preserve and enhance western culture and benefit the local economy. In 2022 alone, the Sheridan WYO Rodeo was responsible for driving over $6 million in commerce in our community.

Fees & Benefits:

The initial fee for membership is $350 and $300 thereafter annually (updated 2026). *A $10 processing fee will be added if paying online.

Each business will receive:

• A Posse wall plaque
• An official Rodeo Poster
• A listing on the Sheridan WYO Rodeo website 
• A listing on the back page of the Rodeo Magazine published by the Sheridan Press.  
• In addition, the Posse will be recognized as a group with the Posse flag and announcer recognition during each performance.
